In my opinion, GHL's AI is not very professional: a lot of times it stays in a loop, it doesn't know how to manage conversations well and it gives a lot of failures (every 2 weeks I send 1-2 tickets for AI failures and it still doesn't stop). AI is one of the most important and effective things I see on the platform, but having such bad experiences with it worsens the quality of the experience on the platform.

They should improve it in all aspects: it should be as effective as chatgpt and not give as many failures. To be a more professional bot that knows how to manage a conversation with a human.
