Follow-up Conversation for Customers Who Do Not Respond to the AI

We need some sort of automation or mechanism that allows us to know if a customer has responded or not to the Conversation AI agent, as we are losing communication with customers because the AI completely depends on the customer writing a message; if not, it will remain completely frozen. Currently, there is no way to know if a customer hasn't responded to the AI's message, and we only realize this by manually reviewing each conversation.

Few common clarifications
🔹 This feature is currently available via Labs — make sure to toggle it on!
🔹 The contact request trigger is dynamic — If a user says things like “Follow up with me in 15 days” or “Let’s talk next week when i have money ,” the AI bot understands and remembers, then follows up at the perfect time. 🧠🤖
🔹 If the contact books an appointment, the bot won’t follow up again — unless they return and re-engage.
If the goal is achieved the bot wont followup , the goal can be getting all the answers or booking the appointment
