Here in Brazil, audio messages are very popular, and this function is very popular!

The other markets that are creating chatbots already come with this voice notes option, which causes us to lose sales opportunities.

As you already have the Voice Ai base, you may already have a part ready for this.

I thought of a few options:

1 - Integrate with TTS and STT tools

2 - Until you develop this, at least create some function in the trigger that recognizes that the file is audio and that gives us the option of training the bot to say that it cannot yet hear audio.

This would put us next to the other players in the market or even ahead!
