It is quite interesting to detect the state of the conversation bot, there are actions that allow you to assign or update the status of the bot, but it cannot be detected. This would be useful if you could create a workflow for occasions where a user takes control of the conversation.

In the workflows there is the action: “Update Conversation AI Bot and Status” that allows me to “update” the status of the active or inactive bot, but there is no action or a Trigger that allows me to detect if the AI conversation bot is active or inactive, this is interesting to know since I can channel the actions of a workflow depending on whether the conversation with the bot is active or not.
An example of use: after a conversation when the bot is in an “inactive” state, I can activate a workflow that allows me to analyze the conversation and give my users a summary, recommendations and others.

This idea comes from the fact that I have a workflow to control my appointments and meetings, it has two triggers, one to detect when a customer or prospect schedules an appointment (it works perfectly) and another when a user or salesperson schedules an appointment (it also works perfectly), but when a customer or prospect schedules from the AI Conversation Bot both triggers are activated at the same time, the only way to avoid that is to detect the active conversation (which I have to review every 5 minutes), if the conversation is active I filter one of the triggers (scheduled by the user) and I let the other one (scheduled by the customer) pass. But if while the conversation is active a user schedules an appointment for that customer (either because I take the conversation from the bot or other reasons), this schedule will be filtered...
