We would like the ability to customize a prompt for the exact same AI agent based off of the channel they are currently communicating on, right now we are forced to create 5 of the same AI agents for different channels, just so we can have something a bit different in the prompt, If we could have a toggle that said: "Customize Prompt by Channel" and then we can customize each channel's prompt, it would drastically aid in the reduction of how many AI agents we will need to create
