I am having a lot of issues with ChatGPT in GHL hallucinating. I work very hard to give it specific instructions guided by ChatGPT and other LLMs. I have been working on this for months. But even when I give it specific instructions it seems to get the answers right about half the time. Then it will answer correctly cosistently. I assume it is fixed, and I come back and ask the same question, and it is wrong again.
I'm told this is "context drift".

Conversation Ai is really struggling and sounds so robotic. They should allow us to integrate ChatGPT Ai conversational feature, in the best by far.

Is there a reason why user info isn't being captured and stored against a contact record? Even when I set my bot up to ask for FN, email, phone and confirm those details are correct prior to making an appointment booking, when I review the conversation in the backend only some details get captured and it's usually leaving the email and phone number off altogether.
Don't get me started on the issues around time zone and not being able to present the timings in the users timezone, even if they have provided their timezone or city prior to Conversation AI providing available time slots

if you are doing it in bot trial we dont save contact information , you have test in real scenario like sms or live chat .

Abhishek Kumar Thanks for that, I've booked a time to chat to you about it tomorrow. We have been testing in a real scenario as far as I know. I've set up a chat widget and embed it on a web page and have been testing it that way.

conversation ai is hallucinating a lot, and not sending the questions set on the workflow, instead is just sending some system messages to the leads.

I think these future functions are a great roadmap for Voice AI and Conversation AI:
- Goodbye Detection.
- Smart Follow Up!
- Conversation Summaries.
- Objective based outcomes.
The exact timeline isn't too critical for me and my business. I'd rather see well refined and tested features than beta products requiring constant monitoring by the user.

I think it is the case that Conversation AI/Workflow AI and Voice AI are different product teams in the HighLevel organization.
From the user perspective that differentiation is not important. We see the features as part of one system for interacting with our customers.
