I think it would be a good idea if Highlevel integrates a button selection sequence during the conversation in the live chat whenever the chatbot is talking to a potential customer, whether it is booking an appointment or asking qualifying questions. (Example in attached screenshot)

It’d be great to add quick suggestive buttons that users can click during a chat. This makes the experience smoother, especially for first-time users who might not know what to ask or just want to explore.
The buttons could act as follow-up prompts based on the conversation, guiding users naturally. Competitor chatbots already have this, so adding it would help us stay competitive and improve usability.
