This feature is good, but sometimes the answers are crazy, nothing to do with the reply from the customers, this should have an option how to train the bot to reply things or follow the conversation in a better way to look humanized but the problem is customers are getting weird answers from the bot, the train page should be more accurate based on the replies from human and then this should mimic the same way, i think the training process is not performing good and it is weird and limited this should be more open and have more options, like what not to say, what to say, comments that the bot will now not to send.
