Conversation AI is great but if it would be even better if specific phone numbers could be assigned to specific conversation AI bots. This would help with prompting for specific SMS campaigns and more.

Sylvester Leach I dont think so , after you select reply channel as SMS , you will get another option to choose number .

Abhishek Kumar I am basically thinking when we do conversational AI, just like with Voice AI, we should have the options to select a phone number that the conversational AI would work with. For example, we sell to Car Dealers but also churches. We have different phone numbers for each. With Voice AI, if someone calls the number for our website for churches the voiceAI will talk about the church info that we trained the bot with. But if someone were to text, the conversational AI is focused on whether it is (live chat, sms, email) and My suggestion is instead to be able to set it up so that my training for the conversational AI has the bot specifically assigned to a phone number. Does that clarify?

We will develop a feature no doubt , but we do have a solid workaround as well

This should also be available for the other channels, so that, for example, certain whatsapp numbers can be answered by AI and personal numbers not.

Mat KoenigIve assigned multiple numbers to different bots already, just make a new agent and purchase/assign it to that number. Very easy to do. Unless I’m not understanding your feature request clearly.

Michael Washington when I suggested this, it wasn't in existence which is why it was marked as "planned" by the team back on 2/6/2025 my friend but yes we have multiple numbers with multiple different agents now. Thanks for the reply and God bless you.
