It would be great if we could get access to the AI Chat History from a conversation panel within a workflow. Chat History is available in the new Ai Response Info panel in the contact view. Just make is accessible in workflows.
As an example, I'd like to be able to get an entire conversation between an Conversation Ai assistant and a contact and then use "GPT powered by OpenAI" in the workflow to create a summary.
While I can create a workflow to send messages in the conversation panel to a custom field and just keep appending. Then, create a summary at the end. The problem is I cannot parse in the AI's messages. Just the contact's. So, when I try to summarize, if a contact answers a question with just 'yes' or 'no', I have no idea what question they are answering. Simple answers are common over SMS and Live Chat.
Currently, we can access "Voice AI > Transcript" in workflows. It would be nice to have "Conversation AI > Transcript" too.
