Right now, the lead scoring feature in settings is pretty weak. The best alternative we have is lead scoring through workflows. And for conversation AI to socre a lead, they have to go through a workflow. We are already limited by only being able to trigger 3 workflows, making it nearly impossible to score the leads using conversation AI.
