Write now there's other alternatives that charge a hefty subscription because they have a more advanced structure of training the bot and responding in a "human-like" experience with different variations of replies from customer reactions and objections.
We need more functionality and control in the conversation AI section that can work seamlessly with web crawler. This would allow us to train the bot to handle complicated questions and be a lot more knowledgeable if the bot can remember passed communications reducing error.
We just don't want the bot to "just" book an appointment, but have a conversation so the customer can have an amazing customer experience overall based on the businesses tone, with personality to represent our business as if it was us speaking to the client.
Write now the bot will say "I don't know" which customers do NOT like to hear.

Hi i can help you until they solve this. Idk if there is a way to reach out so hopefully, this makes sense:
Create scenarios for your AI ChatBot Training and plug it directly into the bot training option & from the drop down menu click on "general questions" NOT "booking." Then feed the scenarios to the AI. Even if it does not register it. After about 2 or 3 attempts it will understand that it is training material. If it still does not work, then you need to adjust your training scenarios or make new ones.
