I’d like to request an improvement for the Conversation AI in GHL. Currently, the AI can only handle booking one specific appointment, but there’s no option to allow customers to book multiple appointments at once.

For example, if a customer asks, “Can I book two appointments for different dates?”, the AI cannot process this request properly. This limitation makes it difficult for customers who need recurring bookings or multiple services.

It would be great if the AI could:

Allow customers to book more than one appointment in a single conversation.

Provide clear confirmation for each booking before finalizing.
