Quite a few online writing services are turning to AI and offering a lot of these tools freely on their websites to help users generate, summarise or humanise existing content and we must do the same - i.e. have this set of tools useful to a lot of clients when writing copy or emails etc. within the app.

Skyler Talley: Nice but the idea is to have the capability in-house so we can offer it as a benefit to clients too, giving them every reason to not only stay but also like and make use of the platform.
