Because sophisticated filters for most things (like Tags, Locations, Sources, Pipelines, Assigned Users) and Smartlists are only available from the Contacts screen, we need the ability to Star a conversation from right inside of a Contact's detail page.

Then, the business team members who are handling Conversations by "Starred" will be able to see messages that have been Starred for them by the other team members who are evaluating and processing contacts.
