For better organizing and project management, it'd be great to create smartlists for tasks as well!

It has already been said, probably. But the ability to save your filters on tasks and create "smart lists" but for the tasks would be amazing! I would love the sales team to have the ability to go into tasks and see exactly what they have due and not EVERYONE's tasks.

I would also like a feature that allows you to put task data in the dashboards. For management, that would be great to be able to go to a single dashboard and see who has completed tasks for the day and who has over due tasks. On this same note, I would love for automation when you create a new task, to not make it due at 8am that morning, or immediately due, or due in x number of days. It would be great to say, "due in 3 hrs" or something.
