Send SMS to Custom Fields or additional Phone field

For Contacts with Multiple Phone/Email need a way to Send SMS and emails additional Phone fields without having to create an additional contact.

Example- Student is child and primary contact- set up this way to track progress in program - They are the member

Parent 1 info is primary

Parent 2 info is just a custom field.

Need solution to be able to mass send text/emails and link automations to both of the parents sms /email so everyone receives the info. Not just parent 1
