For some or other reason, the system is creating a "title" (and capitalising every single word) of custom field names created under Settings > Custom Fields.
This phenomenon is present in the Custom Fields section, and in all the various places that custom fields are used, e.g. Contacts (at least the Contact, General Info, Additional Info & Filters/More Filters sections) and Opportunities.
When creating a custom field like "Why on earth has no one else mentioned this yet?", the system changes it to "Why On Earth Has No One Else Mentioned This Yet?" - for every single custom field added to all our opt-in forms in all our subaccounts.
Just imagine what our clients are thinking about the system that we're presenting them with, and why we're capitalising every word. It's a direct knock to our reputation...
It's not normal, and we'd highly appreciate it if someone could please attend to changing this as soon as feasibly possible. Thanks in advance!
HINT: This phenomenon is not present for custom values, so I'd imagine that this should hopefully be a quick fix.
