I have LEADS that coming to my CRM more than once. What I mean is a lead can come into my system LAST year and then come to my system THIS YEAR. Last year nothing happened they didn't buy, I didn't talk to them or whatever may have happened. This year they come in because they responded to a DIFFERENT ad. I want to be able to see those leads coming to my system as a NEW lead versus an OLD lead that has come into my system before. So when I start reaching out to my leads those leads that came into my system this year (even though they came in last year) I want to see them as NEW, because theoretically they ARE new.
I need to see them as new and not as old because I MAY not contact them because they get put at the BOTTOM of the CONTACTS on the date they were created versus the TOP of the list because they JUST came in AGAIN FROM A DIFFERENT AD CAMPAIGN.
And they don't get assigned to a workflow again because they're not a new lead they just kind of stay in the workflow they were in or nothing happens because even though they initiated a new "request" they're still considered an old lead.
