Multiple user access on each contact/opportunity

Is there anyway to have an opportunity or a contact to have multiple users attached to it. also is there a way to have a management hierarchy where we can have a user manage a team and only see those assigned users contacts/ opportunities?

Is it possible to restrict users to view only the conversations they are involved in, rather than the entire conversation history?
For instance, if I want to share a contact with a user, as an Admin/Manager, I should be able to see all conversations with that contact. However, the user should not have access to my conversations with the contact simply because I have assigned the contact to them.
