The option to make certain fields as mandatory in the Contacts for CRM would be helpful. This would ensure that all the required details are captured into the CRM.

We have many sub-accounts that need this as basic functionality - please add!

This is a very high priority for our team.

This is very important for us. It's hard for our customer service team to remember each step for every call or lead. Helping them prioritize which fields are a must have is necessary.

This is important as I would like to require my sales team to insert the contact's last name or email address to avoid miscommunications later on and duplication because of missing data

This is important for automations. If you make it mandatory to select an account owner, for example, then you can create email drips that are more personalized and use the account owner's name. But if it's not made mandatory, the automation may go out with the missing information, like: "Hi, this is , how can I help you?" -- which is embarrassing obviously.

Core Platform Any update? Just allowing this as an option would be extremely helpful to make sure end users are inputting data essential to other functions in, but more importantly outside the program.

I would like to add a layer to this:
Something Pipedrive does that is FANTASTIC is that a field becomes mandatory depending on the stage it is in / being moved to.
See example here:
Thank you!
