I would like to be able to automatically add an icon before a contact's first name to distinguish different levels of their journey.

I do this manually through a workflow right now, but it is clunky, and sometimes the icons disappear.

Another way is also to attribute different colors to the entire name of a client. I should be able to change the color through a workflow when they change their level.

This is not only helpful for me but also an enhanced experience for the client as they recognize their level by the color or icon, and thus can see the progress of their journey.

This applies when they see their own name in the community, for example.
