• a complete history of all forms, surveys and quizzes submitted,

• sorted by date,

• with access to the detailed content of each submission.

A lead fills in:

• then a qualifying quiz,

• then a more advanced survey.

👉 We should be able to see all this evolution in a clear timeline, like a complete behavioral history.

• Give teams as much context as possible (closers, support, coaches...)

• Allow AIs to have a complete view of past interactions

• Avoid relying only on custom fields (which often overwrite old data)
