When a contact submits a form, it gets saved to the various fields used in that form. But it would be very helpful to see the entire submission in either the Conversation view or in the Activity pane. So rather than root through the fields, I could see:

Name: John Doe

Email: john@doe.com

Comments: I need help with X.

Additionally if that summary could be "frozen" so that if they completed another form with the comments field it wouldn't overwrite the summary. That we we can refer back to previous questions/comments.
