If someone on FB or Instagram shares their phone or email but have had filled up a form in the past, well their phone and number will not add onto the Social contact as they have another contact created by the form.

This is huge. Because we want the IG/FB contacts to MERGE with form contacts if email or phone matches! That way we can truly have all their convos in ONE chat.

any update on this??? 2019 to 2024... I'm sure something has been done, more than doing it one contact at a time, right?

Find & merge duplicate contacts is one but also to be able to keep each/selected email addresses and names We deal with people who have pen/stage names and emails associated with each.

Also as an action in a workflow to 'find duplicates by field' and as parameter in conditional If/Else tool.

We need a search facility to quickly and easily identify duplicate contacts by name, telephone no. or email address and then merge them into a single contact record.
