Customize Contact page layout

Both our marketing and sales users very much dislike the current Contact page layout. The conversation section takes up so much space and all the info (fields) is crammed into a small column. We can't even collapse sections. There's a lot of other smaller layout things we'd like to control as well. (Love the way SFDC allows complete control over object page layouts.)

Yes the contact conversation section takes up a lot of real estate. We would love to be able to adjust the space that it takes by adjusting any or all of the panels. My customer mostly uses notes, but there is value in resizing any of the panels.

agreed. the conversation section in the middle of the page takes up too much space. would much rather have the notes/tasks in main, center column.

Listen to your users. We need to have the ability to edit and customize these views!

Agreed. I just want notes to show first by default. Not the activities tab.

I'm a new user and trying to customize the contact page layout and realizing I can't!! This makes it nearly unusable for my clients. Hoping this changes soon.

Being able to customize the entire contact details page is a NEED, not a want.
Probably the most useful feature they can add right now.

Agreed. We don't even want to see the conversation section at all as we don't contact clients through GHL as it is.

On board 100000% contact info needs to be customizable sooner rather than later. Very frustrating. Contact space is already so minute, and to cram it up with all these mandatory fields is excruciating. I need to see what I need to see and everything else needs to quit cluttering up my brain! Makes it so much harder to sift through

Agree! The layout is terrible. Having all the contact information smushed to the left side is terrible. Please have all of the contact's information, full width, at the top, with additional information displayed in horizontal chunks, not tall vertical columns, below.

Coming from Keap, which has great contact pages, this is painful.

Also, why is "additional info" mandatory?"
