Can we bulk select opportunity stage contacts to transfer owners

I am looking for bulk select opportunities under different stages and transfer owners. e.g. in attempting contact stage, how can i bulk select 531 opportunities transfer owner?

Right now you can do it by adding them to a workflow with assign user action. But this should be a native option in bulk actions.
