I have tried to create a call script using automation and "Add Note". However, this just does not work when it is applied to all users. I thought I had a good solution, because it uses tags and placeholders to populate information from the contact record. When you update the call script, you have to remove the current one from new contacts, which could be in the hundreds. A simple tab on the right where the Activity, Tasks, Notes, etc... are currently would resolve this issue along with globally managing call scripts. Plus, Notes should only be used for individual contacts. I had also tried to create a multi-line box, however this does not work either, because the font is in grey and cannot be formatted.
