Hi guys. I helped the UI team with the new Reporting UI/UX and it now looks amazing! Now that I see you guys are taking some steps to improve the Contact tabs and add Companies, I feel compelled to share this detailed video of what the Contacts page can look like if you guys redesign the UI.

New UI can have the same or more information in a way that the screen is not so tight! All buttons and info are scattered all over and are easily missed by users.

Yupe, the devs are just stuck and focused working on some stuff that charges us the users more, than improving the platform itself, how sad.

PLEEEEEASE redesign the contacs ui. I've lost some clients because they get lost in it, it's too overwhelming.

And while we're at it, we should be able to control what users see on the page, and what admins see. There's a lot of stuff that users don't need to see.

When is this happening!? we were told in december 2024 that Q1 we were going to see updates on the Contact screen with bulk edit, etc. Why is it about to be Q2 and nothing is happening on this front?
