Autocorrect Name Case to Title Case when entered as ALL CAPS or all lower case in forms

When contacts fill out our forms in ALL CAPS, or in all lower case, it presents a problem sending automated nurtures as Hey JOHN, or Hey john.
We need an autocorrect to Title Case in the contact. Is that possible?
