Assign Contacts to Multiple Users for Reporting

I would like to be able to have multiple users assigned to a contact so I can view agent reporting properly. There is no way to really manage a team with agent reporting if we have users who reply to and work on leads for other users when they are not in. I want a full report of what all users do and see how many calls, texts, emails, tasks, and everything were done each day. There should be much better agent reporting tracking all their activity. Please update this! :)
