When you have families that share email addresses this can cause problems. If you turn on allow duplicates then forms won't update the contact record.

Eg lets say the main family email address is:

We want the ability to create 3 email addresses

GHL will already send to smith@home.com ignoring the +XXX but will merge them to one contact record.
