Opportunities in the contact section are painful. Introduce a tabbed view categorised by stage, such as "All," "Open," "Won," and "Lost. " Integrate a filter option for quick access based on criteria like stage or date.

The design maybe resemble the GHL Inbox on the right side for more straightforward navigation currently, its really a mess (sorry)

Absolutely. Opportunities should be placed with all the other "Objects" (Appointments, Notes, Tasks) etc. These are things people need to referance often.

P.S A dev might say it is already cramped there, but a dropdown arrow could always be added to fit everything.

Yes please. Some things are in right side bar and some, like opportunities and tags, have to scroll to bottom of left side bar.
