We work with engaged couples, and want to be able to create workflows/ automations/ appointments/ etc that automatically include BOTH Contacts linked to a single Account.

For example:

-If one person on the Account schedules an appointment, BOTH Contacts receive reminder emails. If either reschedules/cancels, the appointment is updated for both Contacts.

-Invoices/Contracts are sent to both Contacts on the account, and either Contact is able to pay/sign

-All Workflow emails and SMS get sent to both Contacts

-Conditional workflow logic checks both Contacts in the Account (Ie- if Custom Field is empty for [one/all] Account members is empty, send SMS to [one/all] Account members

-Etc.
