Currently, you can merge duplicate contacts. Right now we are having an issue with multiple company names being used. Ex: ABC Roofing and ABC Roofing LLC. One employee fills out the form with one and another with the other. Would be helpful to merge those companies to be one and have all the employees associated with it.

Seriously. Until this is fixed there is no reason to be working on Custom Objects.

Or provide a trigger for "new company" and we can search for other companies and note of possible duplication.
