Currently, I don't seem to be able to change the order of community groups in the left menu in the client portal Communities App. We need to be able to reorder them.

Hi Adrian. You may pin the communities. Pinning the communities brings them to the top of the order. This should resolve your concern.

This is critical. We have a group open for all members and then separate groups for paid members of individual communities. I want them to be able to join the Public main group first (and see it as the primary group) and then open the other groups that they're subscribed to as well.

Absolutely, this would be extremely helpful. It would be even better to allow the owners of the sub-account to choose the 'primary group' that community members will always start with. Even better if you could make it an 'action item' within workflows. Say someone signs up to a community (group) from 'X' Landing Page, then the workflow makes that their primary community when they log-in, and if they sign up via 'Y' Landing Page, you can have the workflow choose that as the primary community. Lastly, and what would honestly be best, create an option within the community/ client portal/ go kollab to let the member themselves choose their primary community (with an admin toggle to enable or disable this option within their community groups). Please, make this happen!

Would defintely appreciate the ability to rearrange "Groups" in the communities area. People get confused when they create an account and have trouble navigating to the Group I need them to join so it can unlock their courses, especially on mobile.

Agree, we need to be able to change this, or change the default one that people enter into since it's not immediately clear either that they can change groups with the group switcher.

This is actually quite important as it seems to be in alphabetical order and when users click to join the groups, it takes them to the top one which isn't necessarily the default one that users should go to.
