We need an option for Quiz rationale to be displayed after someone submits a quiz. We already have a 'Explanation' field next to each question of the quiz, and that's currently 'Only for internal purposes'.

We need that explanation to be shown after someone submits a quiz answers and fails for example, or it could be shown even if someone passes.

That shouldn't be too hard to implement since we already have explanation fields.
