Make the Newsletter Template Editable

The communities allow us to provide a newsletter that summarizes the posts for each group, however this template isn't available to edit with the other community templates so we can't keep this on-brand, making the functionality unusable.

Yes absolutely, I agree. This is a must.
One addition is that there must be a clear connection between the name of the email "Community Digest" and the name "Newsletter". It is easy for a member who is not familiar with it to look for a setting for their notifications named "Community Digest".
The solution: Rename "Newsletter" to "Community Digest"
