I’m setting up a hunt group and need it to follow a tiered structure with timing between each step.

Here’s what I’m trying to do:

• Incoming call hits Tier 1 first (this could be one person or a small group)

• If no one answers within a set wait time (which may vary), the call should then move to Tier 2 (a larger group or different users)

• If anyone answers at any tier, the process should stop and not proceed to the next tier

So it’s a sequential flow based on time, and not simultaneous ringing. I want full control over how long the system waits before moving from one tier to the next
