Allow Community Automations
R
Robert Kennedy III
As I invite people to my communities, I have them answer questions. I want to be able to create workflows/automations based on their responses to the questions. But there is currently no command or trigger that will allow me to do this.

Community & Course Automations

Here are some suggested tracking so we can trigger behavior based automations in communities and courses:
- Engagement triggers in general
- Big one: drop off averages (when they leave a community or course) trigger campaign
- hit certain milestones of engagement including posting, commenting, or course lesson completions
- trigger sequence if they reach certain milestones or levels if we get gamification
- Link clicking (already have this)
- Affiliate engagement as it relates to courses and communities (paid)
- videos watched
- anything they are consuming in the course or community

It would be great if we could add some of our website or funnel pages to the communities, making them accessible only to people who log in.

Would also like if the automation has the ability to auto approve members based on the answers to their questions while joining the community.

would love the ability to post, tag or DM through workflows

Shivani Gera Can we get this added to the Roadmap soon? This is a big win to set GHL communities apart from Skool and Kajabi.
We just had the social selling workshop but yet we can't even use this strategy inside of our GHL communities.

Kina B., exactly! Certainly anything possible with Facebook/Instagram should be easy for our own internal communities! Mario Aldayuz

I'm really surprised we aren't able to use Workflows to post in a Community yet
This would really help automate call recordings to be put into the community with a summary
