Online courses have a big problem: 70% of students drop out before finishing. Generic email reminders don't work because they treat everyone the same.

I would love to see a communication workflow/tool that analyzes each learner's progress patterns, preferred communication style, and sticking points, then sends the right message at the right moment. Instead of "You haven't logged in for 3 days," it sends "Your machine learning project is 80% done - want to knock out that final section this weekend?"

This one feature could put GHL courses ahead of most of the competition.
