We would like to have a new action in the workflows called “Register a contact for a community event.” This action would allow for the selection of a specific Gokollab community, group, and event. When a contact enters a workflow after completing a form, making a purchase, receiving a tag, or completing another action, the workflow should be able to automatically open the necessary community or group access and register them for the selected event. The contact would then receive notifications related to the event and find it directly in GoKollab. It would also be useful to be able to automatically register a contact for several events selected during onboarding. The current “Member enrolled in a group event” feature only allows you to trigger a workflow after manual registration. We need the opposite action: automatically register a contact for a specific GokolLab event from a workflow. This feature would greatly facilitate the onboarding of customers and students to recurring sessions, group calls, and training events.
