Need the ability to have locked or private courses without it showing a price or being unlocked once they reach a certain level.

I want to be able to add a course to the learning tab, where it is visible, but locked.

And the only way to unlock it is manually or by giving them access to the course through a workflow.

Not being able to unlock it by paying or reaching a certain level.
