I think we would like to have a private chat channel in client portal, not to be only ''facebook style''. If now we have open the gamification, maybe will be good to have like ''add friend'', ''invite to chat'', private chat and group chat as well.. Honestly, in my county I already have 3 customers who want this.. And all are pushing me to go to another platform (that I could just integrate it with GHL but not to build all the above things on GHL).. I don't want to do it anywhere else. But maybe GHL could implement it!
