Option to change/translate App names in Portal. "Courses" doesn't make sense since we're selling digital downloads

This would helpful for anyone who's using membership areas to fulfill on products other than courses, including templates, digital downloads, etc.
Also figure that allowing to change these will make it easy for people to translate to other languages

System wide abiity to change the word affiliate to something more appropriate for your business. Reward, ambassador, partner etc... the word affiliate gets a bad rap sometimes

This is part of a larger request that has been submitted by various users that will allow FULL customization of industry lingo throughout sub-accounts and client portal. This involves much more lingo (customer, product, purchase, order, commission, etc) are all terms that can change from one industry to another.
