Currently, the file size limit is only 20MB. Please increase that file upload size. There are a couple of additional issues:

1) The upload dialogue box does NOT currently have the size limit displayed for clients to see what the limit is. It used to.

2) When clients attempt to upload a file that exceeds the limit, they now simply see the error "failed to upload." It doesn't tell them why.

HIPAA-compliant accounts often share large files between company and customer. Perhaps, increase the limit for these accounts as soon as possible?
