The document-sharing feature between the client portal and the CRM is highly effective. However, it would be significantly improved if subaccount admins had granular control over individual users within the portal — including the ability to manage who can access specific documents. For instance, a lawyer handling a confidential case should be able to share a sensitive document with a specific client directly through the CRM. This level of control would make the client portal an ideal case management solution within GHL and could attract law firms currently paying for costly third-party systems.
