Currently, files uploaded through the Client Portal document area are tied only to the contact record, with no way to organize them into named categories (e.g., "Specs," "Quotes," "Photos," "Progress Photos"). For service businesses managing multi-phase client projects, a flat file list makes it hard for clients to find what they need without scrolling through everything chronologically. I'd like to see custom-named folders or tags within the Portal document view— even a simple category dropdown on upload would solve this.
