Allow administrators to customize course card elements within the Client Portal without requiring custom CSS.

Requested controls:

Hide/show Instructor section

Hide/show Instructor avatar

Hide/show Instructor name

Customize course status button colors (e.g., "In Library")

Customize progress bar colors

Many organizations use company-branded training rather than individual instructors. These customizations are currently possible through CSS but are not available through the user interface.
