why does all of a sudden on all new videos added to the lessons they have captions automatically added.

Why is this on by default? When new videos are added to lessons this now is by default and looks terrible. It should be off by default and allow the viewer to toggle it on if they want it. Not on automatically.

There seems to be no way to do this in the settings. It forces the caption to show on all videos and is automatically turned on.
